The staff was wonderful from start to finish. My experience from check-in to check-out was excellent. A special shoutout to Viri, the hygienist, she truly is amazing. She walked me through every step of the process, explained everything thoroughly, and consistently made sure I was comfortable. She was kind, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable, which really helped ease my dental anxiety. I can’t say enough great things about her. The staff member who reviewed pricing with me was also very kind and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making me feel at ease. And lastly, Dr. Chang was fantastic; friendly, understanding, and completely non-judgmental. Overall, it was a truly great experience. While it is a bit on the pricier side, the outstanding customer service makes it well worth it.

I had an amazing experience here at this office. It was my first time here and the staff was extremely helpful. Elena and Gus were super friendly and greeted me with a big smile the second I walked in. The check-in process was extremely quick and I was taken back to a room within minutes. Enriquetta and Dr. Ramy were both extremely knowledgeable and worked together perfectly during my actual visit. They were funny, playful, but also very direct with my treatment plan. I felt extremely comfortably being here despite it being my first time. Overall the entire staff was wonderful from start to finish and I will definitely be coming back !!
